Regular social nordic walking classes

Once you have completed an introduction workshop you will be able to join onto one of our regular social nordic walking groups around Pembrokeshire and West Wales.  We hold our social nordic walks at some fantastic locations around Pembrokeshire.  Nordic walk along the beaches of Newport Sands, Poppit sands and Saundersfoot.  Walk through secluded woodlands and glens of Narberth, Cilgerran and the Gwaun valley.  Experience the exhilaration of nordic walking the Preseli ridge.

You will be able to join onto any of our nordic social walks, meet new friends and old, review your technique, receive expert feedback and advice and just enjoy the views.

All our social nordic walks cost £5 per session and poles are always available for free use during our walks.

Narberth

Meet every Thursday 6:00pm during the summer months.  Walk for approx. 1.5 hours. 
This is a brisk paced group and is aimed at the more ambitious nordic walker.   Cost  £5.

 Saundersfoot

Gentle pace group. Usually the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month. Additional walking days are often scheduled.
We nordic walk for approx. 1.5 hours.  Please get in touch for current dates.   Cost £5

Haverfordwest

Meeting on Mondays, brisk pace.  Cost £5.     Next nordic walking social walks -
Monday 26th April – 5:00pm to approx. 6:30pm
Monday 10th May   - 5:00pm to approx. 6:30pm
Monday 7th June     - 1:00pm to approx. 2:30pm
Monday 21st June   - 1:00pm to approx. 2:30pm

Newport/Preseli area

Normally meet 2nd Saturday of month at different locations in the Newport/Preseli area. Standard pace.
8th May. 2:30pm -4:30pm. Preseli hills, visiting Carn Meini and optional ascent to Foel Drygarn.
12th June 2:30pm – 4:30pm. Summer delights of the Gwaun valley.

Cardigan/Cilgerran area

Normally meet 4th Wednesday of the month. 6:00pm during the summer months. Standard pace.
Meet 19th May instead of 26th May.   Cost £5.
