Nordic walking poles are especially designed for the techniques of nordic walking. 
They are styled differently to trekking poles, they are usually much lighter poles, with ergonomically shaped handles.  The poles also have a full strap which enable you to fully experience the freedom of movement of the nordic walking swing.
